The mission of the American Business Women’s Association is to bring together business women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.
We meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert - networking at 5:30 pm and our program begins at 6:00 pm. Reservations are required (fee for members $35.00, $40.00 for non-members). During our monthly meetings, we have guest speakers presenting professional development topics. .
One of the benefits of membership in ABWA is the professional development courses through its Apex Campus. You can take courses on your own time and at your own pace. Some of the courses are free and some are fee based. Each course is activated for 45 days.
